No. “Once per Round” effects can only be used once each Round across all cards that share a name and tag.
What does "Reveal and Restrict" mean?
“Reveal and Restrict” means to show a card to your Rival and then place it into your Restricted Area.
What does "Stockpile 1" mean?
It means to place the top card of your Main Deck into your Stockpile face-down.
When my Rival restricts the top 2 cards of their Main Deck, are they face-up or face-down?
When cards are placed into the Restricted Area, they are placed there face-up.
When my next Move starts, if I already have cards in my Stockpile, when do I Stockpile the card for this effect and can I immediately add it to my hand?
