No. “Once per Round” effects can only be used once each Round across all cards that share a name and tag.

“Reveal and discard the top 3 cards of your Main Deck” means to show your Rival the top 3 cards of your Main Deck and them place them into your Discard Area face-up.
What does "Stockpile 1" mean?
It means to place the top card of your Main Deck into your Stockpile face-down.
