Can multiples of the same card use a "Once per Round" effect?
No. “Once per Round” effects can only be used once each Round across all cards that share a name and tag.
What does "Resolve" mean?
Resolve means to carry out a cards Resolution Text which is the text after the colon(:) in a card’s effect.
When I resolve an effect, do I have to pay the effect's costs?
No, you do not. Resolving an effect this way allows you to use the effect without paying the costs of that effect.
Does this allow me to trigger "Once per Round" effects again?
Yes, it does.
What does, "This can’t resolve its own effect" mean?
