You can spend any Color Token you have available. This does not substitute for the Color Token required for the Ally to attack from your Discard Area.
When can the Ally from my Discard Area attack?
Anytime they would normally be able to attack i.e. during your Move.
Does this ability allow for multiple attacks in a Move?
No. This ability does not allow more than one attack per Move.
