No. “Once per Round” effects can only be used once each Round across all cards that share a name and tag.
Can I gain a Color Attack I already have?
No, you cannot.
Can this Ally defend against an Ally with *ADROIT*?
Yes, if this Ally has a Primary Color that matches the attacking Ally. *ADROIT* Allies must be defended by Allies that match at least 1 of their Primary Colors. When an Ally who has multiple Primary Colors defends, they can acts as any single color they have.
