Can multiples of the same card use a "Once per Round" effect?
No. “Once per Round” effects can only be used once each Round across all cards that share a name and tag.
What does "remove from play" mean?
A card is considered “removed from play’ when it is outside of the Game Area. Cards that are removed from play only exist outside of the Game Area temporarily.
What does "That card is treated as being Stockpiled" mean?
It means that when you add the removed from play card to your hand, if your Rival has cards in their Stockpile, they can add them to their hand.
